I have worked in all aspects of food manufacturing and packing for over 20 years, helping sites from artisan to large companies, specialising in Dairy, Bakery, Impulse, Thermal processing, Charcuterie, Preserves and many more. I provide strategic “farm to fork” food safety solutions, advising on risk-based approaches to handling food safety challenges and developing effective risk management systems. With the last 3 years auding and approving Food and Packing sites on behalf of Tesco.
